“This beautiful spacious family home overlooking the St Lawrence River was perfect for our family. The dock is awesome to jump off of or to fish from. The kayaks were a great bonus as was the hot tub! We. Enjoyed it all nestled tucked away from the main road. Watching the ships going by was also very cool! Thank you!”

“Quinn did an amazing job of communicating all the details of our trip and left detailed instructions on the house. The house was perfect for my elderly in-laws who love to come to Coles Creek state park camping, but struggle with the whole tent camping experience. The only downfall they mentioned was the house is right next to a bridge. When trucks go over the bridge it is very loud and scared their cat into hiding every time; it sounds like a gunshot. Otherwise, it was great and we will……

“Adorable, comfortable house. Needed a place for 4 people and the house was the perfect size. Walking distance from downtown and Clarkson. Little too long a walk to SUNY Potsdam. The fire pit out back was an added bonus. Would stay there again if we return to Potsdam.”

“Very nice stay, could be improved with a few inexpensive minor changes- an additional towel rack in the bathroom, more implements in the kitchen, instructions for use of some of the extras and appliances, and some warning about the fact that you can't park on the street overnight. Also a chair on night stand in each bedroom.”

“The home comfortably slept 12 adults, and had all of the amenities needed. Location was serene. Home is a rustic farmhouse in the process of being renovated. For those with a dog allergy, bring your medicine. Dogs must either live in the home or have stayed there. I had a hard time breathing as a result. The rest of my family was fine.”
