“When we first arrived we were given a room in the Captiva tower. What was described as a water view was a parking lot and natural area. The Captiva tower has its own pool but is almost a half mile from the main building, restaurants, pool bar, etc. When we went back to the front desk at the main building, they offered to move us into a queen room in the main building with a much better location and view. ”

“Excellent communication from the property owners and great location (traffic was easy to navigate on this part of the island). The property owners sent us some ideas of things to do in the area and were very accommodating with check-in as we were arriving late in the evening! So many fun activities for kids of all ages including the beach.
