“We were visiting from Kentucky and this location was perfect for going to Mayo. Everything was within a short distance and easy drive. There are tons of parks and we spent time fishing, went to Mall of America, and enjoyed eating at some great restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful and house was clean and affordable. We didn’t really use the basement and just wanted comfortable and safe place to sleep. No complaints, simple little house, perfect for what we needed. ”

“Property was immaculate. Furniture and mattress were all in excellent condition. So convenient to have an attached garage also. Very close to Mayo, and easy commute. Host was very accommodating.”

“This was a great place for me and a couple other people while I had appointments at Mayo. Check in was easy and the host was great. She even helped find another place when I had it extend my stay and this place wasn’t available for the extra days. The location was nice in a quiet neighborhood with easy drive to the clinic buildings downtown, a Kwik trip just down the block and a number of restaurants and grocery store relatively close. ”

“This cutie of a home was very clean and had everything we could need for a stay in Rochester. Quiet neighborhood. Corner lot VRBO with parking. The host was responsive, offered an earlier check in, had chocolate as a thank you for us, k-cups and tea, and even a well instructed guide book for the checkout process and use of items in the home.We would recommend this place and we would return here for another stay.”

The patio in the back yard is our favorite hangout, and the wildlife back there never disappoints! Broc is an awesome host and always accommodating! “It would have been nice to get a heads up about mowing the lawn and having all the grass swept off of the sidewalk so we weren't walking through it and put it into the car or the house. TV remote was not in there The remote that was there did not go to that TV so we could not hook up our computer. The extras were nice. Surprisingly the two air conditioners kept the house cooled off. Not a bad place to stay would consider staying again.”

“The house has been recently renovated, so it is very up-to-date. Bedding was excellent. It is a very cozy house - perfect for recuperation! Would only point out the misspelling of the word Quiet in the listing - should be corrected. ”

“The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect. ”
