“Bounced between Mayo Clinic appointments & fam in St Paul - perfect quiet location - easy freeway access - close to everything- great value!”

“This house was perfect for my 3 sisters and myself. We all had our own bed. All beds were comfortable and had very nice linens and comforters. House was clean and cozy....GREAT Space! Liked the bathroom towels and there was plenty of them. We were provided with both types of coffee makers, which is very rare. And there was filtered water, so we did not go through many bottles of water, we were able to refill.Great location....everywhere we went was within 2 miles.Definitely a place we all……

“This was a delightful little cottage, true to description. I don’t think anyone was staying in the other side of the duplex when we were there so that wasn’t an issue. It is within walking distance of St Olaf and the Ole Store Resturant and Brick Oven Bakery were both walkable and recommended! Lots of birding just outside on the patio. Really appreciated that we could stream our accounts on the TV. Appreciated the coffee and tea selection. Laundry was appreciated! Will definitely be back!”

“Quiet neighborhood close to beauty biking and walking trails. Also conveniently located to shopping, eating and Mayo Clinic.”

“We have stayed here many times as a patient of Mayo clinic. It is conveniently located. It’s a very comfortable home. It has a very large fenced in backyard which we love for our small dogs. Highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.”

“This property is located on a beautiful lake with lots of space to be down by the water. The house is stocked with lots of things to do both inside and outside. It was extremely relaxing and peaceful. It is a great rental for younger families. Just be aware that this property is NOT good for people who have difficulty with steps. There are lots of retaining walls and a spiral staircase. There is only the one bedroom that is accessible without a lot of stairs and it is the room with the queen bed……

“We had a lovely time being together as a family at this property. Even though the lake was at winter levels, we still enjoyed the views from the main level. The kitchen was well equipped to make family meals. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The layout is nice for families.”

“We were in Rochester for 3 months and staying here gave us a home away from home. Great location, clean house, and Shelly was great in making sure everything was to our liking. Also allowed us to have our pets which made the 3 month stay that much easier.”
