“The house was everything the listing said it was. It was big enough for our group of 9, with room to spare. It was very clean and more amenities than needed. Tony was great. Any questions we had he got right back to us.The downside unfortunately was the other people on the complex. You can hear the noise from outside the pool area and the people above you.Some people just don’t have any consideration for others.”

“This was a very nice property within easy walking distance to the beach. I read some reviews that said it took 15 minutes, but I would say it was more like 7 to 8 minutes if you went the shortest route. The condo was very well stocked with towels, dishes, movies, board games and toiletries. We enjoyed watching the wildlife outside in the shaded lake area. There were lots of large trees that provided shade on the walk to the beach also. The pool we visited, number 52, was right on the beach and……

“Anytime my family and I stay in this unit, it's always an experience to remember. We love staying here. The family that owns this property is amazing and accommodating. We plan to book again next year. ”

“We had an amazing stay at this condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the view from the balcony overlooking the golf was absolutely stunning. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The location was also ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and a super sweet. We would absolutely stay here again and……

“Property was nice and comfortable. The best aspect was a caring owner who contacted us to assist with questions and who helped address very minor problems such as internet access. I have encountered problems with management companies in the past. Evolve was not great but the owner was terrific.”
