“We were amazed how lovely the cottage was and so clean and stocked with everything you can imagine. Liz is over the top friendly and makes sure your stay will be wonderful making sure we had all we needed. We went to Leesburgh bike fest, which was only 15 minutes away. Everything else in town was walking distance. We happen to be there at the same time as the blueberry festival and that was very charming as well. We would definitely return to this cottage as the hospitality, the Cleanliness and……

“I recently stayed here with a girlfriend as we had an event to attend at a nearby state park. This cottage has absolutely everything we needed from the kitchen to the laundry to the linens and even a couple things we had forgotten like Q-tips and Band-Aids! There were even camp chairs and a cooler! Renee was a wonderful host and even provided a vegetable steamer when I inquired if there happened to be one available or I could bring my own if needed… If I ever need to travel to this area again……

“Wayne is an exceptional host always responsive and the property is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We love our time in Sanford and look forward to returning next year Thank you Wayne for hosting us”

“Quiet location, private backyard with excellent sitting and eating area for the whole family. nicely redone kitchen with upgraded appliances. Bathroom was clean and has an amazing shower. there was everything we could have asked for and nothing we found subpar. Will definitely look to stay here again.”
