“Had an amazing time there. You could tell that people who stayed there previously were not kind to the stuff in the room, but overall the room was nice and spacious. Only downside is that we were on the top floor and there are no elevators in the building we were in. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable either.”

“Couldn’t ask her a better view… Right on the ocean. Just gorgeous. Friendly owner… Called about the TV and he came right up and showed us how to use it. The bed was comfortable. However, it was very dated. Ugly wallpaper print. Old showerhead and low intensity. Stove top was very old. We stayed there because we wanted a pool, but the second day there was a basketball team there and the pool is very very small. Not full pool size and more like one family at a time type pool. Not dirty, but……

“The quaint charm of Maine- the rooms were big and clean- the staff was friendly. It was a few blocks from the beach-easily accessible for food, swimming etc. I liked the place- was priced right and having parking was a plus. My room did not have an in-suite bathroom; apparently this was the only room like that on the property.”

“The staff at the Portland Airport location is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had a friend fly into town to meet me, and the hotel allowed a late checkout until her flight arrived. Cocktail hour is definitely a reason to stay. Waypoint restaurant is great. Even with renovations to the dining room and bar just starting, they were still very accommodating with breakfast and such. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the employees……

“Great room facing the ocean. Very spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the little kids in the room above. They were excited to go to the beach and ran around their room making a ton of noise. Happy for them. Not good for sleeping till check out.”

“We traveled to Maine for my birthday and brought our pet, King with us. They all were very kind and welcoming towards King as well as us. We had a great view of the ocean. And the waitress at breakfast was awesome. All in all a great experience.”

“Fun location in a classic American seaside town, great spot for a couple of Nova Scotians to explore the area and make a daytrip to Boston. Room was a little old and cramped but clean enough and functional, although a microwave would have been good. I wouldn't stay here in peak season though, the town would be jam packed, and the hotel was loud enough in October due to overlooking the pool and kids playing soccer in the parking lot. I can't imagine how bad this would be in the summer. Overall a……
