“We stayed here last year, or maybe it was the year before, and it was very nice for each. Quiet, especially at night, out of the tourist-y busy-ness of the nearby Orchard Beach. A block walk to a beach entrance and some close-by walk-to and drive-to restaurants. A little Maine-sque-Tiki-Bar kind of place is a short walk away. Salty Bay I think - although I called it the Crusty Crab while we were there. I assume the Bayley people are girls, although I don't actually know that to be the case,……

“My family of four spent an amazing week at the Salt Box. We've rented a dozen of homes around Pine Point over the years, and this is probably our favorite -- we'll be back! Highlights include- Location - You can't beat it. Just off a quiet street. Easy parking. Easy public path to the stunning beach. A 5 minute walk to Salty Bay, the Bait Shed, Stern Seafood and many more outstanding restaurants. - The house is super clean. Fresh linens, sparkling bathroom and kitchen. It's kept in very nice……

“A great space for a weekend getaway with the spouse/partner! Cozy without feeling cramped, very nice kitchen space, comfortable bed. Nicely decorated and stocked with all the necessary basics. Our short stay unfortunately coincided with some unseasonably cold and wet weather, but it was the perfect place to hunker down and relax.Great location with a short walk to the beach and The Clambake restaurant (plus a few other places if you’re going in season). Nice view of the marsh out the back……

“We loved staying here. 2 minute walk to closest beach entrance. Maybe 4 minute walk to beach with restrooms, showers and snack bar. No parking worries! Also very short walk to a couple quite good restaurants. This is an excellent location in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood.As another guest mentioned, the bathroom is quite small. Other than that the cottage was very cute, comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.”
