“This place is quite nice. Giant TV's in every room, new appliances, huge deck with a hot tub, pets allowed and the location is 15 minutes from everything RRG. Now, a couple things you NEED to know - the last mile of the drive is hairy. They are CLEAR about this in the listing, so it's not a secret, but don't discount it. 2WD won't cut it on these hills - you'll slip and a car won't have the necessary clearance. It won't be fun. “Property from the photos was nice and the fixtures where very nice as well as the beds. Floor is not level with soft spots and trip hazards. Not sure why there was a pool ball missing but we dealt with it. Fire pit area was nice, but stairs down were soft and missing the rung in the middle of the steps. The door lock had to be replaced by maintenance for us to get in. There was a horrible smell when we went into the home, but they did have Febreze. ”

“The drive to the cabins is very difficult if you do not have 4 wheel drive. And once you are there you have to walk up a step path to the cabins which is difficult for people over 60 or children under age 3. Overall it was a great “camping” experience. The outdoor pavilion is only user friendly in warm weather. It was very cold in April to be used an outdoor living space.”

“We had issues with the host hanging up on us when we asked for a refund because we could not reach the cabin with our vehicle. The host then ghosted us when we needed the pin to get into the cabin as the internet reception was poor and I couldn't open the app to get the pin. Fortunately, some kind-hearted neighbors let us connect to their internet to get the pin--otherwise we would have been locked out there in the dark.
