“Enjoyed a wonderful week in Historic Cottage C, a charming cottage with a beautifully designed interior with everything one could need. Walking into old Naples, and only minutes to the pier and beach, the location is perfect. Perhaps it's because of the later stage of construction across the street, but for me is was a non-issue, barely aware of it outside and completely quiet in the cottage. This place is a gem. “it si a beautifull house , it has all you need and more !the location is excellent , close to the beach .”

“I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend and the house is really comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is really nice and quite and you can walk into old Bonita Springs and beaches are close by. ”

“When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. “The house was beautiful and George was a fantastic host. Lots of privacy with easy access to all the amenities. Our dog loved the fully-fenced backyard. Everything about the property was nicer than it needed to be, from the kitchen appliances and utensils to the beds and plenty of extra linens. Can’t wait to stay here again!”

“Cute 1 bedroom house with kitchen utensils to make meals on the property in a very quiet neighborhood. It was not walkable to beaches or restaurants but a short drive. It was great for what we were looking for. ”

“The house was nice and surrounding properties. Everything is close by which we loved. Our issues were the pool and bbq. The pool was not heated a service we paid for, (No explanation received on this matter). The bbq was dirty and put away in the garage. Never would have thought to look there since the property has a huge area for it. All I was told to wait until the next day!. I will definitely use your rentals again. I just hope we have a different outcome next time . ”

“This camper was a great place to stay while we were in Naples. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was tucked back in a corner, so it was pretty private. On a side note: you can't adjust the temp to lower than 72* and that was too hot for me to sleep, so I would bring a fan if I were to stay again- and I would stay again. ”

“The original place rented was not ready upon my arrival. The “upgraded unit”, That was given to me was terrible. The refrigerator, hot water, air conditioner, tv, did not work. I had to personally fix the kitchen table. The final straw was that the shower did not drain and the water in the tub from not draining, was disgusting and filthy. The host did replace the faulty appliances but it took around 3-4 days for some of the items to be repaired or replaced. I never did get hot water in the……
