“My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more……

“We had a great time. Kids loved the pool!Could have used more towels so you could use one for pool and other for shower. Overall furniture has some wear living room and dining room. The large microwave was not working very well. There was plenty of dishes to accommodate 14 of us.Great location to go to beaches! Sam’s Club and Walmart were very close. We ate at Rusty’s Raw Bar that was very good and reasonably. Thank you for your hospitality!!”

“It was very convenient to the beach and the place was very clean. There was some things that were missing-would have loved to have some beach chairs to take to the beach and BBQ Grill. We had four people staying in the rental but only had one full bath and the half bathroom did not have a light in it. So if someone wanted to get ready in that bathroom, you couldn't. The shower in the bathroom needs some shelves for shampoo, shaver, ect and something to hold onto when you are in the shower. It is……

“Renting this house was one of the choices we’ve made when traveling. Our group was 5 guests- 2 couples and a child. Starting with the host- she was super responsive and easy to work with. Flexible and accommodating. The house itself was pretty great. Starting with the outside it has a nice driveway with ample shaded parking. The landscaping was really cute and we were delighted to find the pathway lit at night. The pool in the back was just perfect. There was plenty of seating options in the……

“I recently stayed at the Majestic Palms house and it blew my expectations. The owner, Ron, was so accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and so convenient being steps from the house. The location was perfect, fort Myers beach is literally right across the street but at the same time the house is tucked back in this quiet little street. House was clean, wagon and beach stuff being provided was super convenient. I’m definitely coming back next year!……
