“This is a well located property. So convenient to shopping of all kinds, close to major route to multiple beaches and activities. The pool (which was partially shaded) is a relaxing place any time of day. Lots of activity for all ages.The bedroom layouts are flexible with adequate baths for all guests. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook for a large family. The barbecue was handy. The baby accessories were helpful to have available.A few suggestions for improving stay would include a……

“A very nicely remodeled and well maintained 3 bedroom home, with everything we needed for a great stay. Great back patio and backyard with a nice grill. Only a one mile or so bike ride to the beach and the property came with 5 high quality bikes and the bike trailer was great for pulling all the beach gear, which was also included! Wonderful property, thank you!”

“Lovely house with quick access to everything you need in town. Nice backyard with pool and outdoor grill. The only challenging thing that we experienced was the check in process. The wrong address was listed on our booking confirmation so we walked up to a house already with residents in it (next door). We were not given the door code for access prior to arrival and waited about 30 mins outside the house to receive the information after multiple texts and calls unanswered to the rental……

“The house was perfection. It was clean, beautifully decorated and wonderfully appointed. I was challenged by the management company. They are not local, and communicate via text. We prepaid for pool heating but arrived to a cold pool. 48 hours later it was finally turned on. Then we went to wash clothes and the washer was broken. Another 24 hours of texting back and forth. Vacasa is in Oregon, so your texts have to go through a queue until they reach someone local. I had to repeat myself over……

“We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Breeze. The house is in a perfect spot, a quiet residential area within close distance of Vanderbilt and Barefoot and Delnor Wiggins beaches. Pleasant area for morning walks and having a relaxing beverage at the end of the day. Kitchen facilities were pretty good, with a convection stovetop (which we never used) and a big refrigerator. And Joseph was a gracious host. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There were two bicycles available for us and it was a safe area for riding around. Furnishings, appliances, kitchen equipment were all excellent. Owner was very responsive. For example, we asked about helmets for bicycling and he had two delivered to us. It is possible to walk to Vanderbilt beach, but it is a long walk. Better to drive and park in the garage that is one block from the beach. Short drive to groceries, restaurants, other……
