“We had a nice time during our vacation in Bonita Springs. The beach is beautiful & this home is a short walk to a beach access point. The home is spacious & was great for cooking / eating together, though cleaner & better quality cookware would make the kitchen even better. The couch and all of the beds need updating as they are not comfortable. The door to the primary bedroom doesn’t stay closed, which was frustrating during our 11 month old’s nap times. “Great location with lots of places to walk for food and bait, etc... Very up and coming neighborhood. The outdoor space was way bigger than it presents in pictures. Great pool and hot tub and several conversation areas. The canal access was easy and fun to explore. We judge everything on if we could live there and we could. “Beautiful brand new house, plenty of space. Outdoor space was perfect with covered sitting area. Great location close to everything. 1 mile walk to beach. Would recommend for group. We had 7 adults and 2 kids. A few minor issues hopefully management company will address with cleaners. They responded quickly to all questions. ”

“We loved staying at this property. The house was spotless with every amenity a family could need. The location cannot be beat! Direct shot to Naples, Bonita Beach, all of the restaurants and stores. It was so nice to have the lanai and pool for our kids to unwind after the beach. Our host was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicative from the booking through checkout. ”

“It was a lovely home, well appointed and very cozy. The pool was excellent and lots of fun. Only three comments:1) No garage (which is deceptive since the photo shows a garage door. Granted the description lists "parking for 3 cars" but backing out of the drive without going on the lawn is challenging if driving an SUV2) Washer and Dryer need to be replaced. Rusty washer and the dryer timer doesn't work3) If you want to use the Spa, you have to phone the property manager who then notifies……

“Our stay was truly amazing, much needed rest and relaxation! The beach was only a 5 minute drive, the hottub and pool was great! We spent most of our time in the pool as a family, also visiting Bonita beach, Barefoot beach and Estero beach. Highly reccomend Barefoot beach for shelling! Our only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom. My husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch because the master bed was too hard! The other beds were comfortable, and no other complaints. “The home is like new, beautiful, spacious and clean with furnishings exactly as pictured. Bedrooms were very comfortable with TVs, ceiling fans, and ample drawer and closet space to unpack and settle in. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes but no spices found if you plan on cooking in. Also, plenty of bath and pool towels. However, there were limited paper towel and toilet paper supplies, and limited number of pods for the washing machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The……
