“We had 12 adults in our group, and the house never felt crowded! There were plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, regular beds (no pullout couches!). We loved the screened back deck with fans (could be outside anytime of day or night!), the elevator (didn't have to carry my 88 y.o. dad into the house or out to the beach!), and the proximity to beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.
