“Pros- great location. So close to the beach, stores, restaurants, activities for kids, etc.Open floor plan and plenty of spaceCons- pool was freezing. It looked like there was a code for a heater but when I asked if the heater had a code we could use to turn it on management said that it didn’t have a heater. That was one of the main reasons we rented the house. I’m not sure if that’s disclosed in the listing but it should be. The water pressure in the showers was terrible and they run out of……

“Me and my girlfriend are from Seattle and if you know anything about WA it rains 10 months out of the year. My girlfriend just had her birthday this past Tuesday so we decided to spend the entire week out here. She loves being in the sun more than anything so we decided to visit a different beach each day we were out here.Our stay at Lynn's home was great! “This rental was not intended. Our previous rental was unsafe for my special needs son. So for only 3 of us, this was a lot of house. However, it is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of great things in the area. The house was very clean and welcoming. It felt like home away from home. The pool was very nice! We were excited to FaceTime the rest of our family back home to show them how incredible it was, so when we all come back we can rent this place again! I would highly……

“From the start Giselle (property owner) was very responsive and flexible with changes in our families needs. The cleaning lady, Debbie, was also incredibly kind, helpful always asking if we needed anything and the whole experience was wonderful.The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to the beach and to the night life easy enough for my 6 and 9 year old to do with no complaints. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again in the future as well.”

“My 12-yr old daughter and I came to Ft Myers Beach for Spring Break (March 2025). The house was super clean upon arrival and the pool was nice and warm. The beach is a short (5-7 min) walk but not crowded. The house is not close to the “hopping” part of Ft Myers Beach but that was ok with us. There is a Publix about a mile away and another shopping center a mile the other way (7-11, CVS, beach shop, ice cream shop, etc - places are still opening up after the hurricanes recovery so I’m sure more……
