“Perfect location for our family of 4. The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Wonderful beach access. The only reason I did not give it five stars is the pool is still undergoing some construction, so the pool area was not a place we ever wanted to be. ”

“Regatta is Beautiful! Location to Vanderbilt Beach, restaurants, shopping is first rate. However the Condo has a pretty bad Silverfish issue. Also, Showers, Grout is Gross! Carpets need to be ripped up-so dirty! The view is Awesome as is the size. Just needs some TLC. ”
