“The only reason I didn't rate a perfect 5,,,is that I was disappointed I wasn't told about all the construction in in the front yard, driveway and on the entire street. Over half of the driveway was missing and was formed up for concrete to be poured to replace it,,,same as all the other houses on that street. So,,,we had to drive through the yard to get to the half of driveway next to house, and often, it was blocked with construction trucks or bobcats when trying to return or leave. ……

“Great location- close to beach, lots of restaurants, shopping and interstate. Clean house, owners were very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood was very safe and family friendly. Pool was great for all the kids.”

“Nice place and neighborhood. We had a good stay. Our only complaint would be that a few things either didn’t work or were difficult to understand: The cable box had to be replaced, the bedroom tv worked intermittently, we never understood the microwave, so we ran it in 30 second segments. The garage door remote was tricky but worked. We struggled with the thermostat temperature control. We were saved by Mike Z rentals, who were responsive, accessible and knowledgeable. We would return but……
