“Excellent, clean little studio centrally located and within walking distance to the beach. This place has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The washer and dryer is the icing on the cake. The host Neno, was wonderful and answered all of our questions, and gets back to you right away.”

“The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable. There are tvs in all the rooms, which is a terrific amenity. And the close proximity to Vanderbilt beach is amazing! The couch is super comfortable for relaxing.The few negatives are the 1. walking noise from the upstairs residents. 2. There is a very bright house light outside of the primary bedroom window that the older shade didn’t block out. Just a set of light blocking curtains would solve this, 3. the sheets could use an upgrade to……
