“Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. “We loved our little cove right off the open water. The view from the living room is amazing and panoramic. There's ample outdoor furniture on the east and west sides of the house with an outdoor living room with TV. We rented a boat for tubing and rhe dock was perfect for loading everyone in. My son caught a channel catfish on a rooster tail lure off the dock in the last hour before dusk. Dont believe me? Check the picture!”

“My wife and I rented the place so that the kids and grandkids could come spend the day with us on the lake. We docked our boat there. There is a great spot for all the little ones to swim and play. The place was super nice. Scott actually messaged us during our stay to ensure everything was outstanding and we were have a great time. “There is almost no where to stay in Gilmer, but this cabin was perfect. You can hear the road noise, but it’s really not horrible. We have family of 6, with kids between the ages of 1-14. Everyone had their own bed, and our older kids thought the loft was really cool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The A/C works great. My kids enjoyed walking the property too. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family. ”
