“This studio was very clean and had all your basic needs covered (fresh towels/clean sheets and spotless utensils). It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has its own private entryway. You don’t have to worry about privacy here! The bed is very soft and comfortable. The kitchen has a decent size sink, an electric stove top and coffee/tea maker. The stove top is definitely usable and is able to cook on if needed be. The bathroom although a bit small doesn’t disappoint because it is very……

“We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed……

“This was a great place to experience downtown Ft. Myers. Perfect location and a great layout. Entry was easy and the owner was very responsive. Great kitchen area and tons of natural light! Only slightly interesting part was the elevator. It’s older but worked like a charm. Would stay in the same spot again if I’m back there!”
