“This property is even better in person than it is in pictures. It’s a perfect location to walk to the beach. It is well appointed with everything you might need and then some! Pleasantly surprised to find quality kitchen items, easy to access laundry, beach supplies, and bikes. The little fenced in yard is private and lovely. There is a place to hose off after the beach and shady place to relax. The beds are comfortable, even the foldout. It’s very quiet and low key, but close enough to all the……

“The acorn cottage was very cozy and nice to stay in. It appears somewhat small from the outside but it is nicely put together with a moderately sized bathroom, large bed, and an open dining/common area. The amenities were very nice and we used the grill, toaster oven, fridge, and dishes extensively. The outdoor shared area was much better than expected and was very enjoyable to relax in the mornings/evenings. We would recommend staying here, though our group would love to stay at the palm……

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or……

“This little cottage is about 100 steps from the white sandy beach. The beach was amazing and sunsets were breathtaking. Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Contacted Management Company Sunday night around 9pm regarding a maintenance issues. They responded at almost 1am. By then we resolve issue on our own, but the follow day Management Company reached out to make things right.”

“Arrived @ 3:00.Neighborhood wasnt safe in daylight.Broken glass in street where we had to park.People openly doing drugs across the street.Host was on property.He was unaware it had been rented.He informed that camper hadnt been cleaned & wed have to wait for him to clean.Inside, ants & gnats all over, urine stains on bathroom walls, pink stuff growing on shower, a stinky smell & it was hot.Didnt feel/look clean.When we tried to leave, handle to the door wouldnt open.After attempting to get out……
