“I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! “The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or……

Many decks for lounging if that is your pleasure and plenty of room in the house for relaxation. Also, just a 5 minute drive to the Phillies spring training facility. ”
