“This cabin was very clean and beautiful. It has a rustic feel and design with all the amenities of a modern cabin. Tammy, the hostess with the mostess, answered all of my annoying questions very quickly and was most helpful. The only thing that I can say that was just a little less than perfect was the frontage road across the creek that had a lot of traffic and was a little loud if you were out front. Inside, we couldn’t hear anything. Beautiful cabin, you won’t be disappointed!!!!”

“I had such a great experience at the cabin. The animals were loving and entertaining. Loved the carrots that I brought them and Sir Henry made sure I was awake with his song in the morning. I was able to spend my time reading in the sunroom or on the hammock and watching March Madness while lounging in the hot tub. The only downside was the occasional noise of a distant neighbor shooting their gun, but this only occurred a few times in the day. Overall an amazing experience that I would be happy……

“A comfortable stay for a short visit to Blowing Rock. Very convenient location and the property was clean and well appointed. Housekeeping folks were super nice and the owner very accommodating. A lovely spot!”

“Beautiful mountain setting, horse pasture out front. Friendly, helpful staff. Had to figure out why wi-fy wasn't working. Had to bring our own Keurig. Couldn't get to streaming tv. Tiny kitchen, few dishes.”

“We really enjoyed this cabin! Awesome location, beautiful views and great for kids. We enjoyed the living areas and the kids loved the game room. Beautiful and cozy. ”

“Cabin its spectacular. 360 amazing views. Driveway needs to be compacted correctly it’s not accessible without a fwd. Sheets and utensils were not clean, no trash bags were left for our stay. Great area amazing views we enjoyed a lot our stay. 100% recommended ”

“I had a great visit and a “Great Escape” experience. My son and I loved the cabin and its location! So convenient to App State and yet so peaceful and relaxing! Everything was perfect and as described. We had everything we needed. I would definitely return.”

“We had a great stay! The house is tucked away in the trees with a creek in the back but only 5 minutes from downtown Blowing Rock. There is plenty of space and a great hot tub. Our dogs loved exploring and meeting the friendly neighbor dog. We needed a relaxing weekend getaway and this was the perfect place!”

“thanks, you so much for a wonderful stay. the cabin was beautiful, clean and we loved it. the only issue I would say is trying to get out of the driveway. in a large truck, there was not a lot of room to maneuver and if we had had a second vehicle, I don't know how that would have worked due to the fact I am not use to such tight steep driveways. Overall, the cabin was amazing. thanks, you so much for a wonderful stay”

“This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful cabin. Everything was cozy and comfortable. Location is the best. Lovely short drives to Blowing Rock, Valle Cruicis, Banner Elk and of course downtown Boone. Even the grocery store and restaurants are close by. Staying at the cabin itself was perfect to relax and unplugg from everyday life. The owner is very prompt and courteous with communicating. I hope to return again! ”
