“This home was exactly as advertised, which is not always the case, but certainly was here. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood as well. Many rentals up here do not have A/C, but due to the unusually high humidity this weekend, we were definitely glad this one did. Simply loved everything about this rental. Next time we are in the area, we will check the availability here first. Thanks for a great weekend!!!”

“The stay was relaxing and tucked away up on the top of the mountain. Everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the warm welcome with a bottle of wine & chocolate. The deck was my favorite part, plenty of room and comfortable patio furniture, our puppy loved the plush woods and the small trail to a picnic area. You definitely need a vehicle to climb ruff terrain, steep hills, and sharp turns. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway, thank you Matt and Chris!”

“The property was beautiful. It’s light, airy, has huge windows and we were able to see both a bear with her two cubs and deer from the property. The hot tub was very clean and nice and if ever in the area in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We loved it. ”

“Very clean relaxing place perfect for 2 people but could accommodate a few more. Highly recommend staying here. Great tree house feel with luxury accommodations. Very nice and clean. Cozy quiet place to get away from it all yet close to downtown Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. We loved the place so much we want to return again. Beds very comfortable and large windows and 2 decks to enjoy views. Hot tub was nice too. Favorite eating places: Banner Elk cafe, Holy smokes BBQ , and Freds for……

“Stayed for several weeks and ended up extending our stay at this rental. The cottage wasnt far from town and had an amazing view of the mountains. It was the perfect tiny house stay! The host answered all of our questions quickly and had great communication with us while we stayed. I would highly recommend booking the cottage or with this host.”

“Quaint and Privacy were impeccable cottage was also impeccable. Would stay there again. Home was spaced like we like it room wise and layout was nice. Loved the accents the bed and pillows outside on the porch. Nature about was very nice, turkey, birds, creek nearby was great. Location to Burnesville and Spruce Pine was to our liking and staff were very nice.”
