“The lobby area was spacious and convenient. The hotel is close to local attractions and easy parking. One of our guest an elderly woman tripped in the bathroom and skinned her knee. The hotel did not have a first aid kit and I had to go to Walgreens nearby to get bandages/large band aid and anticeptic spray. The bathroom door came off the track about half way closed and would not move. Also the toilet seat would not stay up. One male, two females,that's a problem.”
“My sister and I had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thanks to Terrie for being incredibly hospitable, she went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Great customer service like this really makes a difference.
