“Magical venue! Guests from all over the country drove or flew in. Plenty of parking for the drivers and proximity of airport(s) made it a breeze. Beautiful rooms and amenities! Local professionals with whom we worked were familiar with this gorgeous venue making the wedding "production" so much easier. “Great property! Everyone enjoyed the house, the pool and the beach. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious with great views. Two kitchens made it so easy for us to prepare meals for the whole gang. Owners were very responsive every step of the way. ”

“Comfortable beach house. My family loved the amount of space inside, the location to the beach was also a major bonus. My only downside was that all the beds, except 1, had plastic mattress covers, which made sleeping difficult. But for the price, the house is perfect. ”

“Great place to stay! The place was clean and had amazing views from almost every window. Was convient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Beach access was easily accessable and was not over crowded. We will rent again. ”

“Property was great for our little family. Not oceanfront but not a far walk. Liked the pool access and access to other things. The gate key stopped working and we had to go back twice to get a different one(not anyone’s fault but mechanics). The beach was perfect and we actually got to sea turtles hatch! AMAZING! Close to some good restaurants. Even though we had people above us we didn’t hear them-must be insulated well! Loved having a small enclosed porch. Definately would go back. ”

“Had a great time. We were 20 of us on a family trip. The hosts Richard & Jenifer were prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The Air conditioner on the top floor broke down one evening but was fixed the next morning. Overall a good trip.”
