“Great place”

“Let me begin by saying that I had the pleasure of having Debbie oversee my stay and she was WONDERFUL. She made an delicious breakfast each morning, making sure to confirm what things I liked/wanted in advance. She was kind, very knowledgeable about the island, and super sweet! Furthermore, the lodge itself is very comfortable with updated bathrooms, clean rooms, and numerous amenities. The views are beautiful. The air-conditioning was mighty! “My best friend and I spent a weekend at the lodge and had a wonderful time. We were welcomed by Debbie and she gave us a nice tour of the place. We love sea glass hunting and there is a great spot not far from the lodge where we found TONS. I also found shark teeth! The lodge was very clean, unique, and in a beautiful location. We can't wait to come back with our husbands!”

“Everything about the Swanendele Inn was exceptional: the location, the accommodations, the facilities, the decor, the hosts, and, not least, the breakfast. In fact, you could spend several days just exploring the remarkable antiques and artifacts around the place. However, what made the strongest impression was the fiery glow of dawn though the pine trees outside our balcony every morning in the Margeret Brent suite.
