“We have 3 kids and a dog and needed a clean, safe, spacious home to hang out and relax in while visiting family and this had everything we were looking for! I had to work during our stay so the desk in one of the bedrooms was perfect while the rest of the family could watch tv and play in the other areas of the house/yard. The owner was friendly and responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We plan on coming back any time we are in the area!”

“Communication with the hosts was excellent. The property was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is historical and quaint. The home is very thoughtfully decorated with modern amenities yet keeps the timelessness and charm of the era in which the home was built. We recently stayed at a five star resort over spring break that did not have mattresses and pillows even close to as comfortable as these. “The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”

“We were in town this weekend for a soccer tournament. We looked at booking a room at a local hotel where the rest of the team was staying but looked in to this Vrbo. It was a great idea. We had enough space for everyone, a great kitchen, a garage to park the car, and for just a great price. Would definitely come back and stay here again”
