“This is the worst hotel experience ever. They said they didn’t have our (prepaid!) reservation, and we should simply pay for a new room in cash. We arrived on the last day of the year with 2 small kids, but the owner was very very rude. He didn’t even do an extra search for our reservation. We ended up leaving. The hotels.com chat function didn’t work for us so unfortunately the hotel did receive our prepaid funds; they get our honest review in return. I sincerly recommend not going to this……

“This is a beautiful hotel. Well maintained with spacious, clean, modern rooms. We especially enjoyed the interior courtyard and gardens and pool. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good and hearty. Conveniently located, short walk to the river esplanade. Highly recommended. ”
