“This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood, house was as the pictures shown in listing. Host was nice, communicative, responsive, and accommodating. ”

“I'll start with the pluses: the property was clean, check in was easy, location was close to where we were going, plenty of room for my husband, two of our kids, and me, had streaming services for entertainment when we weren't gone, the jet tub was nice. There was a stove, microwave, and small coffee pot. Area was sketchy, but no one bothered us.The negatives (and not all were the owner's fault): as soon as we walked in, my husband and I could smell marijuana (could have been a previous renter……

“What a lovely house to have as a home base during our trip to Memphis! It is conveniently located on a quiet block in a safe, centrally-located part of the city. The house was comfortable and clean, and it provided us with a quiet place to rest during our trip to visit family. We had some issues with the key pad when we first got there, but Stephne was very communicative and helped resolve the issue right away. I would definitely stay there again!”

“We came here with our boys for a baseball tournament. It was super close to Snowden baseball complex. The house is very nice, new, clean. Safe and quiet area. Great layout. Stocked with kitchen items you need. Great living space. Would highly recommend!! Responsive manger as well!”
