“We chose this location to host our Book Club Retreat weekend trip and it was perfect! The host was quick to respond with answers to questions both before and during the trip. The house was spacious and perfect for our large group of 12. We looooooved the pool in this Memphis summer heat, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for people to spread out when we wanted a little space. All rooms being on the main floor was an extra plus. This would be an excellent choice for a large……

“The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nice, clean, soft sheets, and comfy beds. Welcoming hosts that are very thoughtful with their provisions. It is like you truly are guests in their home. Their description is very honest. We visit Memphis at least 3 times per year. We are pretty familiar with Memphis. We have stayed in hotels all over the city. (Some of them only once). If it's available, we wouldn't hesitate booking another stay here. ”

“The rental was amazing, spacious for what I was looking for, and overall very well furnished. The stay was for my niece's wedding where myself and my folks (grandparents to the bride 78 and 81) couldn't have been more happy with how nice and comfortable the rental was. Although there were many steps, my mother with 2 knee replacements and a shoulder replacement felt the stairs were wide and how nice the railing was to help here climb the steps. I'd recommend this beautiful place in the country……

“It was so nice and quiet at the little house. I enjoyed cooking our meals together and watching some of the DVDs that were there in the evenings. I would visit my relatives for a couple of hours (so we did make them tired by staying too long.) and then return to this peaceful place. It was so close to everything we needed, but so quiet and beautiful. We will stay again when we visit our aunt and uncle, who are in their 90s.”

“From the very beginning, the hosts were fabulous and super responsive. I've never worked with better hosts.We traveled with 6 adults, 1 child, 1 toddler and 2 infants.The home was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for our family, including our rambunctious little ones. Lots of seating in living area and large dining table for all of us to eat together.This home is in a very quiet neighborhood on a lake. There are strict quiet hours (after 10pm) which are definitely quiet.Real……

“The house is very cozy, quiet and excellent for a getway. Its a good location coming from far away or local. The fixtures and appliance were beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The host response was quick and couteous. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work. We thought the house needs a thorough cleaning. The TV in master bedroom didn't work and ice in refrigerator. But overall I highly recommended. Because we will most definitely rent again!!!!!”
