“Our stay at the Rif was a nice. Some staff at the Rif seemed disinterested. Some of the staff are not proactive they are reactive. As a Hilton Hotel, the Rif’s customer service DiD NOT exceed our expectation. We stayed a week In Curacao at the Rif and because of our experience we probably will not be back to Curacao. ”

“The hotel is very nice. The fact that it is on a private beach is a big plus. However, the amount of kids running around unsupervised was high. The kids were out of control and played in the food at the buffet and I spotted them several times spitting in the pool. With there being four pools on the property, the two on the side of the main building need to be designated to adults. The kids were extremely disruptive and there was no pool that was relaxing and enjoyable. The unruly kids really……

“We had an night flight so when we arrived it was late in the evening.. however the security (staff) was very nice and had been waiting for us. He took his time answering all our questions. We stayed one night.. the room was very clean and the bed SO comfortable!! I would highly reccommend!”
