“Stayed here for the weekend. Room was suitable and clean. The neighborhood was a little rough but nothing too concerning. Very close to the airport. The person on the phone made it very easy to check in and out. I have no complaints, would definitely return to this place the next time im in town”

“The property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight.
An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient.……

The absolutely, horrible, thoughtless neighbor who blarred, loud, disgusting rap music for 9hrs, is definitely the problem.

“Geoff is very friendly & accommodating. The gardens are beautiful & private. The pool clean & clear was awesome very enjoyable. Movie theater was lots of fun! It was close to the areas we wanted to visit & stores & restaurants were very close & easy to find.”
"They don’t even provide water in the hotel . And you have to be a Hilton honor member to get the complimentary water. Terrible experience. The environment is exactly like other 3 stars hotels and even worse. I am still wondering why it is a four stars hotels… "
"I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back.
I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was no manager working on site. Its trash management shamed and harmed the Hilton's brand."
