“Staff very friendly and accomodating. Very close to the airport, walking distance if it weren't too dangerous with the traffic. did not like the fact they had no office area for customers to print out their own flight tickets, I realize most people have their tickets on the phone anymore but for those of us who like a paper ticket it was inconvenient. “I only gave a “1” on Cleanliness due to the dining staff at the included breakfast. We witnessed the waitress refilling the bread for toast with her bare hands (no gloves or tongs) then use her hands to open the kitchen door & came back out with more food in her bare hands. Also, we witnessed the used tables get wiped down with a wet cloth but there was never any sort of sanitizer sprayed on the surfaces. I’m not a germophobe, but I am aware of my surroundings. NYS law prescribes that either……

“we checked in and multiple people were behind the counter and everyone seemed to be listening to the conversation which went on between me and the 2 guys helping me to check in. it felt awkward. when we got to the room it was not a king room as ordered so I went back to tell him. He first was resisting ,saying there was none but I showed him the reservation.He then got us the room we paid for.breakfast was ok - the coffee was not good.”

“The chairs in our room were out date and in disrepair. The floors left the bottoms of our feet dirty. The deck stain was gone and a huge bird nest was on the deck light with nest debris all over the little deck. There was no continental breakfast for the high price of our room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff were nice and very helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi was relaxing. I will definitely come again however I wish some of these things I’ve mentioned were addressed. ”

“It’s a treat to be able to stay anywhere here on the institute. I am grateful for the love that goes into this place and would stay here again. I can only imagine coming back in the summer and to sit on the balcony listening to the music drift through the air. Thank you for the hospitality!”

“this was a beautiful hotel with the wrap around porch, stairs and fountain. it did need a new coat of paint and regardless it was lovely. some of the furniture in the interior was not as attractive as it could have been. stay with a theme! all in all, this was a unique experience and i was happy to stay here. ”
