“Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! The views can't be beat. Want to kayak? Want to canoe? Conveniently located……

“The location is perfect, right on the lake with a private dock. The screened in porch gets you bug free evenings to listen to the sound of the lake after sunset. This is a lake camp. Tidy and comfortable. Rustic yet functional. ”

“Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. Since we were still in the area, he left them on the porch for us to retrieve, which……

“We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. It’s a great spot for guests of all ages, and we truly felt at home. We’re already planning to book this cabin again next year!”

“Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. ”
