“This is a beautiful, well taken care of home! The views from the kitchen, dining, bedrooms, multiple porches and the dock were awesome. The decor in the home is charming! The owner has everything there that you could possibly need…kitchen items, plenty of seating, games, puzzles, books, extra blankets, etc. It’s a beautiful area to take walks as well. There are places close by to grab coffee, sandwiches, lobsters, oysters, clam chowder, etc. The owner of the home is very nice and responds……

“Melanee’s cottage was the perfect getaway for the two of us. The cottage is cozy with a well equipped kitchen and wifi but the real selling point is the view of the water. It’s a serene setting that affords a relaxing way to end each day. You will be an easy 10 minute drive from beautiful Damariscotta and all points down the peninsula are no more than 30 minutes away. Be sure to take in the views from the Pemaquid Point lighthouse! The cottage is also convenient to historic Waldoboro and all……

“Clean, great location, perfect for 1 or 2 people.”

“This is a small backyard apartment a block away from downtown Wiscasset. The house met our needs. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but with enough equipment to prepare simple meals. The house was in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Wiscasset. There was a grill and patio for those who wanted to cook outside. The was a washer and dryer available. ”

“It was just what the doctor ordered, a month in a quiet (except for street traffic which we could not see, but could hear), wooded, seemingly remote location, that was very private. Lilac cottage is so sweet, a quintessential Maine cottage with good WiFi, 10 minutes from the great town of Bath and lots of parks and beaches. Mark was the perfect host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You truly feel alone, yet connected. What a place! It’s stocked with lots of water.……
