“Brian's place was great! My group of 25 was comfortable at Tall Pines Lodge and made great memories over the weekend. The hot tub was frequently used and my group loved it. One minor problem is the sand the property is on. We understand that it is hard to keep the sand from entering the house, so we we're not complaining about it. Moreso, just a heads up to future guests. My group loved the property either way and Brian is a great host!”

“Upper bedroom nearest bathroom had rain coming through the wall. Odd smell in hallway and both units. Fan in lower bedroom nearest kitchen is off balance and makes a noise. When going downstairs, there’s a spot in the hallway that is so low my husband hit his head on it twice, perhaps putting an orange strip to warn of low ceiling would help. Also Venetian blinds in both upper and lower units have broken or missing pieces, needs replacing. ”

“The home was inviting as soon as I opened the front door and walked inside. The house was laid out perfectly and extremely clean. Although I was alone for the stay, I didn’t feel alone…The view of the lake was mesmerizing! Thank you to the owner and everyone involved for making me feel at home!”

“The property manager was very accommodating for us checking in a little early. The place was very clean and new! Everything was in great shape. The only suggestions would be that shampoo be provided and also instructions for operating the tvs. It was a great experience for 4 golfers at Sandy Valley!”

“Perfect place if you’re golfing Lake Arrowhead or Sand Valley. Five minute walk down the ninth hole to the clubhouse. House was clean and well stocked. Will stay again.”
