“We stayed 2 nights at the end of August. We had a beautiful and comfortable room at one of the gatehouses. The bed was comfy, there were several English tv channels including BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well planned. The breakfast was all self service. “We stayed at this hotel last time we were in Dinard a couple of years ago and we enjoyed it so much we returned. The hotel is in a fabulous historic building right by the beach and an easy walk into the town centre. The reception staff were very welcoming and so enthusiastic explaining the interesting history of the building and its past occupants. “Checking in was easy and the gentleman was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go. This hotel is 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, so is ideal for those about to leave France or who have just arrived and looking for an excellent place to stay. “La Pavie is a lovely place to stay in Dinan. Catherine is warm and welcoming, and the whole house has a calm, relaxed feel. Breakfast is excellent - the quality of the produce is great. It is served in the shared dining/breakfast room. Part of the history of the house is reflected in the multiple tea choices which was a really nice touch. The location is perfect.
