“Myself and two teens stayed this past weekend for a cheer comp. The proximity to the convention center was amazing. Walkable even in freezing temps. The condo was very spacious and exactly what we were looking for. Check in was a breeze, and we were even allowed to drop our bags before the official check-in time. “Griffin is an excellent host and his condo was perfect for two. Its location in downtown was ideal; close to everything we wanted to see but not right in the middle of the noise. We were able to walk to Lucas Oil Stadium (8 blocks away), the Convention Center, Soldiers & Sailors Monument, the Indiana War Memorial Plaza and many restaurants and shops. We felt safe walking in this well lit area of town and returning to a secure building protected by a locked entrance. The only time we needed a car……

“We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.”

Main bedroom could use room darkening blinds to improve ability to sleep - or just bring an eye mask. Sleep number bed , jacuzzi tub, and a steam shower. Kitchen is wonderful and chef worthy! The second you open the door you are greeted with low budget furniture and decor, but what you notice first is the smell. Wow does that place have a smell! I honestly couldn’t describe what the smell is besides horrible and overpowering. “The best part of our stay was the location. We were there for sports and needed to get the to the convention center in freezing temperatures. This condo is connected to the mall which connects to the convention center via the skywalk which was super convenient for us. The condo itself was very unique and had a lot of history to it, being a renovated department store. I definitely want to come again in the warmer weather when I can enjoy the city more and watch less of volleyball during the……
