“My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time.……

“I love older houses, this one was charming, clean and pefect for our family. It had a fully fenced back yard for the dog, a pond and wasn't far from anything. A great stay!”

“We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Last House Colonial Home. It had plenty of room to accommodate our family, and the pool area was beautiful. The adults and children spent many hours cooling off in the water.The property management were very quick to respond to a few issues that occurred during our stay. They were excellent!!Families with small children need to be aware the stairway leading to the second floor bedrooms is narrow.”

“The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again.”

“Very nice updated property that was well stocked with needed supplies. Having the washer and dryer was especially helpful. The property was clean and attractive with plenty of room for our three guests. Love the proximity to BF Clyde’s Cider Mill. The cider donuts and slushies were fabulous! “Our stay was fantastic. The description was accurate and the property was clean and fully functional. Our only concern before arriving stemmed from some reviews we read that said the AC could be better but we were pleasantly surprised to find AC units in the windows of every sleeping area which kept the entire place more than comfortable. In fact, we stayed the first week in August and actually shut them off while we slept. The photos I've attached were taken just before we checked out.”

“Perfect venue for me and my adult family. We were attending a family wedding and it was nice to have a comfortable home to be together for the weekend. Tons of space, both in and out, comfortable beds, great hosts and a beautiful part of the New England coast. My extended family who dropped by were jeolous of our accommodations.Thank you so much for a memorable weekend and all your guidance while we were there.”
