“This Vrbo has been housing people since the 1960's, and we're so glad to be a part of this place's history It is truly a timeless home within a beautiful area with great outdoor activites, generous people and good food (we recommend The Hatchery). Both showers (the top floor shower and the middle floor) did have a leak, but our hosts responded quickly to our concerns and addressed them within a timely manner :) ”

“Very cool conversion of an old barn. Very comfy and rather iconic. Because of the barn construction, there was an occasional encounter with a bug or two. Nicely located with many shops and restaurants nearby. The surrounding neighborhood of Quechee is very pleasant and kind of upscale country. Be aware there are no hangers/closets/ironing board/washer/dryer, so plan accordingly.”

“Our family had a great stay in Ludlow for a four day ski vacation. Tom and Patti were great hosts and their home is convenient to both Okemo and Killington. The hosts communicated well with us and their place was perfect for our needs (family of 4), clean, and convenient to downtown Ludlow and restaurants. ”

“The home had an elevated deck with full view of the lake from all spots on the deck. There was also a back room with views of the lake. “Margarete and Alice welcomed us upon arrival. The house was the quintessential New England home! It was super clean, our bed was very comfortable with soft welcoming linens. The views are incredible, and the property provided much needed peace and tranquility. The weather was not the best but we managed to find plenty to do in the area. Alice, Margarete's black lab, took us for a hike on the property. She was an excellent playful guide! We look forward to returning to this peaceful retreat in……

“We had a wonderful stay at this charming, little lake house! We never ran out of things to do - kayaking, swimming, fishing, cooking s'mores over the fire... We also visited the VINS Nature Center in Quechee and learned so many interesting facts about birds of prey! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals but there are also several good restaurants right in Ludlow.The 2 window ACs keep the whole house at a very comfortable temp. We're already thinking about returning next year!”

“The accomodations at the Lodge were perfect for our short stay. The room was very clean, the check in and out was easy, and having a small kitchen was very helpful. I would definitely recommend the Lodge to anyone looking to stay in the Sunapee area.”
