“The house was clean, neighborhood nice, and good outdoor area to hang out. We stayed for almost a week so we cooked and grilled- the place could use more kitchenware- silverware, bowls, hand towels, mixing spoons, etc. Overall the stay was pleasant. Also, the property management was quick to respond. ”

“Just the right size for our small family.We were there for a basketball tournament.The location was not to far from the three gyms we played at.We were a little hesitant with the area when we got there but we weren’t spending much time outside so it was ok for us.Very clean and updated on the inside and the host was VERY helpful.”

“We were in town for baseball tournament and this was optimal location and set up so we could be close but also have a kitchen and laundry room. It was comfortable and really quiet. I was pretty surprised as to how quiet the neighborhood was. The pics are exactly as shown, and we thought the two king bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was perfect for our stay. The host was spectacular and extremely responsive, one of the best host experiences I’ve ever had! ”

“Great property. Very comfortable and close to the Rome Tennis Center. Rock band Pam were fantastic hosts. All of the check-in and check-out processes were easy. Will rebook next tme we are in Rome for another tournament. ”

“Beautifully maintained house, loved that it was roomy and tucked away”

“Beautiful setting and space. We were in town for a family celebration of life service. Immediate family stayed there and extended came and we shared some special time and memories. Playroom was wonderful. ”

“I was unsure about renting 216E-A because of the lack of reviews. When we arrived I was so happy we booked. Everything in the house is new… from the flooring, pots/pans, dishes, all bathrooms and faucets, refrigerator, counter top, kitchen sink, doors/door knobs, and the walls seemed newly painted. The house is immaculate. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of closet room for our bags. Communication with the owners was great. They reached out (email) to me make sure we were comfortable……
