“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us……

“Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!”

“nice place to stay. just took a little to find room. just slept and showered. there are a few steps to get to the house. couldn't find the washer and dryer. the beach had broken glass so don't walk bare-footed, but we went to crash boat just down the road and walked to the bars and restaurants. great location. ”

“This place was wonderful! The communication was excellent and anytime we had questions, they were answered immediately. Very friendly too! They made check in and check out very smooth and easy. “Overall, we had a nice stay in this house and appreciated the stunning back patio and access to the beach. There are a few things we would note:1) There is no generator at the house. We were there for a large island-wide power outage. We were able to save our food because we had bought a few sleeves of ice and there's a deep freezer in the kitchen.
