“No staff after 8 pm, elevator was not working ”

“The location is super clean and the staff was AMAZING. The front desk had this super helpful and smiley staff, her name was Megan, she was so great to deal with all our questions. I had some business in Lockport, IL and the girlfriend stayed back with our pup. It was too hot too be bringing our 8 year old lab everywhere so Megan was able to let us late checkout. Our stay was super relaxed and easy.”

“Good value for the money (paid less than $100 per night), clean, bed was comfortable, didn't like the pillows but YMMV, bathroom fixtures showing age but still functional, less than one hour drive to downtown Chicago when traffic is moving, fast food option right nearby and all kinds of food available within a 15 minute drive. Would stay here again on a return trip.”
