“It’s advertised as an apartment. It’s a hotel. It has its own door to the outside, which I didn’t like because of the neighborhood and the walls were paper thin. You heard was doors slamming all night. Very disappointed and would not stay there again. ”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodations to the weather. Everything we could need right there at the property with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy family and friends as we celebrated my daughter’s high school graduation. “The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”

“We were home for a graduation and family visits. We are thrilled to have chosen a place to stay that was PERFECT for us and we fell in love with it instantly. The condo is stunning, spacious, clean, creative and cared for lovingly by the owners, and the location is incredible for walking to downtown Geneva to shop and dine. The beds were so good for sleep and the screened in porch was just what we needed to wind down at the end of the day. The amount of space is generous and was so comfortale!……
