“Es war alles in Ordnung. Uns hat es gefallen. Die Einrichtung war allerdings schon etwas älter. Ein wenig unglücklich war nur der Zugang zu unserem Apartment, das zwar im Erdgeschoss lag, aber durch den Architekten so gebaut war, dass man trotzdem noch ein paar Stufen hoch und runtersteigen musste um ins Zimmer zu gelangen. Mit Kinderwagen war das leider nervig. Preis-Leistung war ok für “nur Frühstück”.”

“Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves. Two beautiful pools, one of them overlooking the sea and only a few meters away from it. Great beach right in front of the hotel, ultra long beach to walk either way. Only downside is the breakfast ; although it gives the basics that you expect, it does not offer any local delicacies. ”

“Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel……

“This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach! ”

“Great location, perfect for the beach and all the facilities Platanias has to offer. Dimitris cannot do enough to make sure you have a great holiday. He and his staff are all very friendly and welcoming, you feel like part of the family! The apartment was modern with a lovely bathroom. There are loads of great restaurants within a very short walk, we had a car for the holiday but you could easily manage without due to the proximity of everything. “Dejlig frodig have med palmer og smukke blomster, der har ikke været noget at sætte en finger på. Dejlig stor pool. Dejlig udsigt vi havde både over pool og havet. Dejlig stille område med restaurenter og bager, og små supermarkeder i nærheden. Værten var sød og rar helt sikkert et sted vi ville komme igen. Pænt og rent. Poolen har åbnet fra kl 8.00 til kl 19.00 men er sæson åbnet fra juni til slut september men rigtig dejlig pool, med børnepool i den ene ende. Der er legeplads med rutchebane og……

“This villa is beautiful and the hosts were super helpful and communicative when needed. Pool is so lovely and gets sun all day. Kitchen was really well appointed and it's a short drive to any amenity you could desire (grocery store, restaurants, the beach). Lots of great local recommendations from hosts and previous guests. Some surrounding villas are being worked on/built as of Oct 2024, but workers were not noisy and we barely noticed. Would be happy to stay here again. ”

“This property is one of the best! Well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, lots of information and suggestions about the area, and a view that is fantastic! The pool is wonderful and is surrounded by fruit trees and a great outdoor kitchen. It’s a 30 minute drive to Chania Old Port, so you’re close enough to enjoy, but get to return to a serene and beautiful spot. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again one day!”
