“All very good .. Excellent value Minor criticism that I wasn’t offered an upgrade but not a big deal”

“This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. ”

“Nice standard. 3 min walk from the center of Platanias. 8 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.”

“Hier kan je tot rust komen. Het terras waar je kan ontbijten of dineren heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Er is voldoende cultuur en wandelingen in de omgeving om je dagen te vullen en ter afsluiting kan je een duik nemen in het zwembad. Het personeel staat altijd voor je klaar met een lach op hun gezicht. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier.”

“Great pool and on a nice beach. Hotel lobby great Rooms average. Patio for room had gaps which let people smoke drift in while you were sunbathing which really spoilt relaxing by the pool. Rooms are now well sound proofed either”

“Amazing place, very quiet, directly at the beach, clean and big room with very well equipped kitchenette, and terrace with sea view, nice and friendly staff, own parking available”

“Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel……

“The view is amazing, you can go directly to the beach. The breakfast was very good and varied and the staff were lovely. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves. Two beautiful pools, one of them overlooking the sea and only a few meters away from it. Great beach right in front of the hotel, ultra long beach to walk either way. Only downside is the breakfast ; although it gives the basics that you expect, it does not offer any local delicacies. ”

“Bra boende för den pengen. Bra städning, trevlig personal som var väldigt tillmötesgående, ac och kassaskåp ingick i priset. När vi kom låg en flaska vatten, en vinflaska, en juice och 2 öl i kylskåpet som ingick med rummet, gratis. Det fanns allt man behövde i köket, plus mer saker så som smörgåsgrill. Sista dagen fick vi behålla rummet tills vårat flyg gick på kvällen utan extra kostnad. Nära till stranden och vi hörde inte huvudgatan alls. Det enda jag har att klaga på var att sängen var……
