“1. The hotel is beautiful and offers a relaxing environment with a high standard or decor throughout. 2. There is a good level of cleanliness with spacious rooms and large balconies. 3. There are plenty of comfortable poolside seating with snacks and drinks available until 6pm. 4. The staff are friendly and approachable. Frustratingly there is a lack of communication and attention to detail which negatively impacted our stay and fell below my expectations of a hotel under the hilton……

“Villaen ligger i ett lite boligområde ett stykke fra havet. Vi hadde bil og kjørte på 5 min til første strand. Leiligheten vi bodde i gikk over 2 plan (Leilighet nr 10) Soverommene i andre etg. To balkonger mot basseng og solnedgang. Rent og pent. Ingen matservering, men mat kunne bestilles fra ett hotell i nærheten. Bassenget så pent og rent ut. ”

“Der Aufenthalt war rundum Genuß. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick. Küche mit allem was nötig ist. Sehr herzlicher Empfang mit guten Infos zur Umgebung. “A great stopover location for our first night in Crete. We arrived too late to collect our hire car so wanted a hotel near the airport to make it easy to return the next morning. Booked a double room and was given a two bedroom apartment with lounge, kitchenette and patio overlooking an excellent pool. Communication from the owner in advance of arrival was excellent. Service on arrival was first class. Be aware there is no catering or bar onsite, but there is a Taverna about 10 minutes walk……
