“It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. “ On arrival the receptionist wanted us to pop extra money because the prices on hotel.com are wrong.no hot water in the morning. No enough toilet paper in the room. The cleaning stuff dont take out rubbish bins.”
