“This place was located in a nice neighborhood. House was very clean. Nice backyard”

“My kids, grandkids ages 8-17 stayed for 4 days in December. It was nice that the house was decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the ping pong table. We visited the Farnsworth House nearby which was really interesting!”

“Great yard to grill in the evening. Front room and family room both have TVs so kids can watch different things than the adults, if that's what you need or want. The couch in the family room is really comfortable to unwind on. Bedrooms all have their own TVs as well. The communication was amazing with the owner. They were incredibly responsive! I would definitely rent from them again if the option arises. ”

“We enjoyed our two nights at this property. It had gotten very cold outside but the heat was great in all the rooms. We had five adults and we were all comfortable in our bedrooms. Loved being able to park in the garage. Could use more soap and towels for the showers. Maybe a crock pot for cooking. Clean and roomie!”

“We loved the house! It is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and worked out great for our visit to Lewis University. It appears to be newly remodeled and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of supplies for 12 people. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive.”

“I had booked this property for my college reunion and it wad an amazing experience! I would strongly recommend to book this for your future stays ! ”

“Everything was great! We came for a wedding weekend and then there was an unexpected change in the itinerary in which we were asked to host a small family gathering at the house. The small gathering turned out great, we had enough room and space to accommodate. The game room was enjoyed by both adults and children. ”

“We stayed at this property while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was midway between both families and in a cute neighborhood close to historic downtown Plainfield. My only complaint about the property is the political propaganda posted on the fences in the front and back yards. If you’re running a business you should realize not all your guests share your political views. Frankly I was offended when I pulled up to the property. The election is over. Take the materials down. ”

“Our trip was fantastic. We had a few questions when we checked in and Dean/Team were very helpful and informative. We spent the majority of our time in the theater and it was all you could ask for. We plan on making this our annual house for our yearly guys weekend. ”

“Nice place and we enjoyed Geneva ! ”

“This place worked out perfectly for me. It was perfect for having a few guests over and enjoying football with friends. It's a quiet neighborhood, the house has plenty of options as far as cooking. You can grill out or cook anything on the stove or oven. I may rent this one again. ”

“The River House was exactly what we needed for our family, and more! The space was great for our 4, 2, and 1 year old, and the kitchen was super easy to work out of.
