"All in all we have had a good stay. I’d rather have been in the main hotel area. The section we were in was very badly lit and quite noisey. First impressions weren’t good when you walk into reception to see somebody asleep. I wouldn’t put the hotel at four star. Staff were helpful and pleasant."

"Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because ..."
