“El lugar increíble,la gente que trabaja en recepción son personas maravillosas y muy agradable,el personal de limpieza muy profesionales muy bien comunicado,tiendas , restaurante,paradas de autobuses y taxi muy cercanos,volvería a repetir sin lugar a duda al mismo lugas”

“Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise! ”

“Walkable to main areas and the beach in 20-30 mins. Room did have several cockroaches running around. Were told we could pay for a late check out the night before leaving, but in the morning it was no longer possible which was disappointing, especially as the hotel was so quiet. Overall good value for money”

“It was sad that there was no a remote controler to watch TV and no free Wi-Fi. There was also no shampoo, conditioner or body balm in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have a stand and was spraying all over the floors snd walls, no option to have a bath because bath tap didn't work. ”

“The property is perfect for a couple, it has all the essentials & the benefit of outdoor space. The complex is quiet & has a very reasonably priced restaurant (when open) & the pool is great. Surprised that there is a charge of 5 a day for a sunbed as this is different than the other Parque Santiago complexes we've stayed in. ”
